SV	En Gideon maakte daarvan een efod, en stelde dien in zijn stad, te Ofra; en gans Israel hoereerde aldaar denzelven na; en het werd Gideon en zijn huis tot een valstrik.
WLC	וַיַּעַשׂ֩ אֹותֹ֨ו גִדְעֹ֜ון לְאֵפֹ֗וד וַיַּצֵּ֨ג אֹותֹ֤ו בְעִירֹו֙ בְּעָפְרָ֔ה וַיִּזְנ֧וּ כָֽל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל אַחֲרָ֖יו שָׁ֑ם וַיְהִ֛י לְגִדְעֹ֥ון וּלְבֵיתֹ֖ו לְמֹוקֵֽשׁ׃
Trans.	wayy^a‘aś ’wōṯwō ḡiḏə‘wōn lə’ēfwōḏ wayyaṣṣēḡ ’wōṯwō ḇə‘îrwō bə‘āfərâ wayyizənû ḵāl-yiśərā’ēl ’^aḥărāyw šām wayəhî ləḡiḏə‘wōn ûləḇêṯwō ləmwōqēš:

AC	כז ויעש אותו גדעון לאפוד ויצג אותו בעירו בעפרה ויזנו כל ישראל אחריו שם ויהי לגדעון ולביתו למוקש
ASV	And Gideon made an ephod thereof, and put it in his city, even in Ophrah: and all Israel played the harlot after it there; and it became a snare unto Gideon, and to his house.
BE	And Gideon made an ephod from them and put it up in his town Ophrah; and all Israel went after it there and were false to the Lord; and it became a cause of sin to Gideon and his house.
Darby	And Gideon made an ephod of them, and put it in his city, in Ophrah. And all Israel went thither a whoring after it; and it became a snare to Gideon, and to his house.
